Toddler Class Ages 12 - 24 months
Little Explorers
At age one your child is full of energy, ready to climb and explore everything! Our toddler program is built for our little explorers. We incorporate a lot of sensory learning in our toddler program as well as plenty of open play and beginning academics. Teachers utilize Experience Early Learning and NC Foundations to establish group lesson plans based on individual goals and weekly themes. We monitor each child's development using an assessment tool, however, we respect that each child's development is unique.

Two-year-old program
Preschool Explorer
Beginning at age 2, your baby has transformed into an advanced explorer with more language skills and lots of questions. Our young preschoolers are ready for a little more structure, but not too much! He/she will follow a daily schedule with a balance of fun and learning using Experience Early Learning curriculum. Making choices, gaining independence and showing love and care towards their environment and themselves are among the many exciting things that your child will gain in the young preschool class. We will continue to monitor development through assessment in this class as well to determine a child's readiness for our three-year-old classroom.
Three-Year-old Program
Preschool Navigator
Our older preschool program begins approximately when a child is around 3 years of age, depending on their development and readiness. We will continue to develop more structure and independence in our daily routine as we prepare to move on to pre-k. Social / Emotional Development is a very important focus at this stage of development as friendships become more important to our young learners. Experience Early Learning curriculum is used to plan age-appropriate activities and ensure that each child is meeting pre-k readiness goals.
Pre - K Program - Kindergarten Explorers!
Our prekindergarten program is taught by a licensed teacher who holds her NC teaching license in birth - kindergarten. Rich in content and fun, our pre-k students work on math skills, reading skills, critical thinking and STEM activities daily. They are challenged to reach their full potential as a learner and encouraged to use their imagination. They utilize Creative Curriculum and NC Foundations to provide a more individualized learning experience. Our teachers will meet with you on a regular basis to discuss your child's progress.
